Terms and Conditions of Use 1. All prices include a 25% tax. All orders must be placed via our webshop. Any customer under 18 years old must obtain parental permission before purchase. We log IP addresses and all false or fraudulent order attempts will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to deny orders for any out of stock items. 2. Payment Only cash payment via bankgiro after placing an order will be accepted. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after one week. Paid orders will be processed first. Prepayment - Payment in advance through our electronic bankgiro service with the number 430-3079. IMPORTANT - include your order number with the electronic payment so that we know who the payment is coming from. It can take from 1-3 days before we see your payment.
When we have received your order we will send an order confirmation via email with information about your order. Please verify that all information is correct. It is good to save this confirmation email along with your order number to have ready in the event questions pertaining to your order arise.
We send all deliveries through Posten Sverige AB (Swedish Post). A delivery charge of 45 SEK is added to all orders (Sweden). Delivery time is 5-7 business days. We always work to ensure a fast delivery time, but factors outside of our control can sometimes cause delays. Products in stock are usually sent the day after the order is received.
As a private person making a "distance purchase" in Sweden, you are protected under Swedish law by the "Distansavtalslagen", effective from 2000-06-01, and have the right to cancel purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. To request an order cancellation under Distansavtalslagen you must contact us and provide us with any information we may require. The return of products is at the customer's expense and Distansavtalslagen does not give the customer the right to reimbursement for transportation or other services performed. Goods must be returned in salable condition.
We recommend that you as the customer return items only in packaging that has been recommended by us. The responsibility that the returned item arrives properly to us is yours. Products that have been exposed to cosmetic, odor, and smoke damage, etc. are not considered to be in original condition and will not be accepted as returns. Customers are solely responsible for return shipping charges. Items which are returned to us late and/or not in original condition will be sent back with shipping charges debited to the customer. Payment returns: Return payment will be made directly into the customer's bank account, shipping charges are not subject to return. Return payment will be made within 10 days.
